Ringing in 2019 with 15/15 of our tech visionary countdown! We’ve really enjoyed dedicating the last couple weeks to these inspiring women. As we enter into the new year, let’s all continue to celebrate women in tech, and support the education of girls in STEM.⠀⠀Today’s visionary is Gertrude Blanch (b. 1897) who led the Mathematical Tables Project in New York from its beginning, and designed algorithms that were executed by human computers.⠀⠀Art by: Becca Charlier-Matthews ⠀Becca is an illustrator and animator living in Portland, OR.⠀⠀#womeninstem #inspiringwomen #createdestroy
